Cloud Mummies V.8

Soooo, it’s been a while huh? I have to apologise, I’ve had my hands full as of late. What with the holidays, work, trying to traverse the quagmire of self publishing, and building my first solo website for Lost Bread (sharing a website with a sibling, as I currently do, turns out to be just as bad an idea as you’d imagine) I’ve had a lot on my plate.

The hope is, when all of this is said and done, that you’ll be able to buy a hard copy of Lost Bread. You will (one day) be able to own actual comic book you can hold in your very hands and read (instead of scrolling back through the archive and trying to figure out what the heck’s going on.)

Regardless, I am happy to be back in the saddle and hope to make up for lost time by submitting this six page extravaganza for your enjoyment (or loathing and mockery, I’m not telling you how to live your life!)

And now, on to the show.

In our last episode, The Robert had been sent aloft in a balloon, presumably to his death…

Gaaaaah! The suspense! What happens next? Another great chapter, Napoléon. I have the same flying problem when I’m fortunate enough to have a flying dream. A couple dozen cm above ground is about all I can manage.

    1. Thanks very much! I’m having a lot of fun writing these and I’m glad other people are enjoying it too! I wonder what the “failure to launch” in flight dreams might mean? Anxiety, self-doubt, weighed down by the burden of awesomeness… I’m sure it’s something profound yet terrifying!

  2. Napoleon, up for a collaboration soon? I’m writing some short stories, would be cool if you’d like to do an illustration for each. If you’re down I’ll send you the first one when I’m done.

    1. I would love to collaborate with you sir! Im really excited to get started! If you need my email, just hit up Graham or Darren, they have it, or send me a line on Twitter, and I’ll DM it to you. Thank you so much!
